Terms of Service (ToS)
Once your commission is approved you automatically agree with these terms.
1. General Info
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing.- The more I known about the art request, the better it gets. References and details about the request helps me understand better what you are wishing for. Let’s work together to have a great final piece of art!
- For comercial use, the price raises.
2. Payment
- The payment is via PayPal or Wise.- All commissions must be paid at least 50% upfront.- Completed artwork is not refundable.
3. Revisions
- I'll send a WIP for the client approval according to the project needs.- A fee can be added if you want something big changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
4. Copyright / Usage Policy
(for not comercial commissions)
- I have the right to post the commission on my portfolio or social media.
- The client can post anywhere, but not claim as their own. Linking my social media is appreciated!
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund!- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
